Known well for its culinary uses, Melissa is a beautiful white-pink English lavender with a complex fragrance profile. It is unique with both sweetness and peppery flavours and can go great in baking, seasoning, and rubs.
All of our lavender is naturally grown without the use of herbicides and pesticides.
NOTE: The bouquet in the image shown contains around 150 to 200 stems of lavender. They are about 10" in length.
