Personal photos are always encouraged. However, any professional photography requires a permit. Professional photography is broadly defined as any form of photography that goes beyond personal use and involves the use of specialized equipment and tools. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of reflectors, disruptive props such as balloons, tents, or furniture, tripods, lighting setups, or any other equipment commonly associated with professional photography.
Furthermore, professional photography is also recognized as any agreement between photographers and clients for the purpose of creating high-quality images. This could encompass a wide range of genres, such as portrait photography, fashion photography, product photography, engagement/wedding photography, formal family photos, and more. For more clarification, please email us with any inquiries regarding photography.
Please be advised that Kelso Lavender does not have photographers on site. Photography should be arranged between clients and photographers prior to booking.
