Our lavender organic sourdough loaf is made locally by a small business in Oakville called Masisseo-Eh Bakery, artisinally crafted with over 20 years of experience. Using lavender from our farm, these small-batch loaves are baked fresh every morning.
Taste the lavender in a traditionally made, gut-healthy loaf, best served toasted or warmed. Sourdough is great for digestion, nutrient absorption, and stabilizing blood sugars.
With zero artificial preservatives or yeast, this bread's shelf life is ~4 days. We recommend freezing portions for longevity!
To eat after being frozen, sprinkle with water and warm in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, depending on size.
Great with butter, jam or honey!
